For the past 15+ years, I've sought out and created work-from-home ventures ranging from blogging & advertising, postpartum care, copywriting & marketing, direct sales, contract & part-time gigs, and I even opened an Etsy shop selling homemade goods.

Each one was a meaningful outlet and a way to earn income. That income ranged from part-time to full-time, and I'm very grateful for each one. 

And yet it's not easy — in fact, it can be downright challenging.

But those challenges are what pushed me to seek answers!

As a result, I became super interested in learning all about time management, productivity, and mindfulness. I devoured books and courses from parents and non-parents, women and men, those who worked from home and those who ran corporate businesses, to find habits that actually work. I melded their tips and techniques together until I created my own method.

This book is that method! 

In 2016, I wrote the first version of this ebook, and then in 2024, I gave it an upgrade with more information I had learned over those 8 years.
